Still waiting for a simple phone call.

This is getting ridiculous, i have been waiting abd waiting for almost a month for a call that was suppose to come within 7 days. I DO NOT WANT THE PREMIER ACCOUNT ANYMORE BECAUSE IT'S NOT VALUE FOR MONEY , IT'S EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING . I am waiting for a call to help me downgrade my account FNB!
