Still waiting for a settlement letter
Requested over and over for a settlement letter for a loan and still have not received anything! why is this so difficult!? I have sent numerous emails requesting this and still nothing.
On top of this, this Im in this loan because of imcompetance from FNB/WESBANK with false adverting on COVID relief. Had I known this was going to be the situation then I would of never requested for this.
I will honestly never recommend FNB or Wesbank to anyone!

13 Oct 2020, 07:26So its the 13th October 2020, the account has been settled and now still waiting for a letter to be sent that states the account has been settled. It still has not even been closed. I had to phone in numerous time just to get a settlement letter and given the run around just for a simple letter. now seems the same thing just to close.
during this process I am also applying for a home loan, and FNB declined because of this loan, which I never app**** for in the first place. Honestly moving from FNB to Nedbank was by far the best decision I ever made and would never recommend FNB to anyone.
I have a vehicle financed with Wesbank but this will be moved to MFC shortly as I dont want any of my money going to any institution of FNB.
All I want is the account to be closed and my letter that states the account to be closed. This is not rocket science.
