Still waiting for a response

I app**** for the credit switch loan on the 23rd and my application has been in progress since then. This morning I received a call from FNB and the agent informed me they will follow up to see what the delay is and get back to me. After ending the call I then received the debit order mandate and since then I haven't received any feedback.
