Still waiting for a pay and clear payment

I bank with FNB and Capitec, someone using FNB had to pay me so i asked them to pay it into my Capitec account. This payment was done two days ago with the pay & clear system. Yet here I am sitting with nooney and just and explanation about network from the sender which he also received from the bank. I don't understand why it's taking so long. It's delaying everything i need to do. My worst part is I'm a FNB user self yet because I don't use an FNB connect Sim I have to use my own airtime to call them which is something I refuse to do. I called Capitec and unfortunately it doesn't show on their side and so they can't help me.

I'm so annoyed with FNB I thought you were there best bank ever yet I thought I was wrong. Coz honestly your banks are non functional... Especially in the Vaal your problems are big.
