Still waiting for a call back

Every month i pay for a service to recieve legal advise. I have a labour issue now that i have called in 2 times about, and on my second call i got the sense that the advisor was not really interested so i asked to be given another advisor. they supposedly left a message for the team leader JACO VAN DER MERWE. I am still waiting for him to phone me the client it is now going to 48 hours. I even called back and asked for his email and subsequently emailed him.I guess they dont think my case is interesting or worth taking seriously but when they collect money every month it is serious for them!!!<br> <br> CAN YOU CALL ME AND HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE!!!???
