STILL WAITING

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK, CAN'T WAIT TO CHANGE BANKS. Absolutely no one can give me an answer to my query from the personal loans department yet they are all to willing to tell you other things you don't want to know. They even claim they tried calling me. (***Q) I assume that is some kind of reference number but I would like to know when is the COVID 19 loan going to be cancelled? The last I received was an email from Lesego Malatse on the 21-04 stating "COVID-19 loan will be sent for cancellation as per my request".
