Still Waiting

On the 19-07 I opened an account online. The card was suppose to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days which I'm still waiting for. If the account was opened online why does the confirmation letter state the branch name as Kwamnyandu shopping center (don't even know that shopping center or were it is) with branch code 210649 on it?
