Still waiting!
After posting the review, I was contacted by FNB for supporting documents which I sent within 24 hours. Since then I am still waiting . They take 2 weeks to respond and I explained that the matter is urgent.

28 Jun 2023, 09:36I am becoming extremely frustrated with FNB and the difference people being assigned to resolve this matter. Every single time it’s a new person and we have to go back to the beginning because no one knows what’s going on. Yesterday I got a call from someone who promised to text me their email address so that I can share the documents I sent almost 3 weeks ago. Then this morning I get an email that I have not put an account number on the bond cancellation form. That is the point!!! There is NO BOND! So I’ve been trying to explain this for months. The other thing is the fact that I only ever get a response once I post on Hello Peter. Why?? Can we not resolve this to keep your client happy, why must it be motivated by a Hello peter post.
