Still waiting......

2 reference numbers later and I am still waiting on a response from FNB, I do not wish to speak to your sarcastic customer relations officers. If I wasn't 9 months pregnant I would be sitting in a branch all day waiting for HELP! How are we supposed to pay our bills?
