STILL WAITING!
<p>On the 10th of October I wrote a review here asking why I was battling so much to get a letter stating that an account of mine was paid up. I have app**** to get a clearance certifiate that would release me from debt review. This can't happen until I get that letter. I have STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED. This is not acceptable! The Hellopeter reference I got is ********** . I paid a lot of money to finish off accounts and to be able to clear my credit record. Now I'm being held back by incompetence. Please sort this out.</p>
