still waiting 24hrs almost a week

Cell phone banking..making a transfer to card at other bank which only fnb loaded on 2 september. Went to bank on Saturday, 12 September as the money is not in my account. After spending 2 hours at the counter it was promised that they would fix it as it was not my account number..will call me on Monday (did not happen).. money will be back in my account within 47hrs.. STILL NOT!! What about my interest? What about their fault???
