Still waiting

I had a 5 year personal loan that Ive managed to pay off in 13 months. So Ive settled my account on the 26th Of September 2017. 2 days later the debit order still went off eventhough the account is settled and interest was charged on the account that is settled. Now Ive phoned the personal loan department , explained my situation and i was told that they would send my claim through to your admin department and the interest and debit order would be reversed. Yet nothing had happened.

Ive been a loyal customer since 2010 and never had a problem with FNB, but for some odd reason this year FNB is finding new ways to **** me off.

So when will I get my money back. I want the account closed. I want a letter saying that my account is payed off and closed. And i will never take another Personal loan from FNB ever again.
