Still very inefficient

An unauthorized debit order was drawn on my account while I am overseas. I have tried on more than 5 occasions to reverse the debit order but this is a bridge too far for this lot.

Just when I think Fnb is improving they show that they are very similar to our *********** civil service.

PLEASE train your staff as they are really inefficient
