Still unpleasant

I had some time to kill and popped into your Westville branch to open a business account. The good news is that you are consistent - my experience was just like every other - terrible. Your staff are rude and quasi government employees not willing to do anything.

The short story - i will open my business bank account with Mercantile and dont have to go through the unpleasant experience of dealing with yourselves.
