Still Unhappy with FNB

I'm still unhappy with FNB now. I've seen posts on Hellopeter where FNB gives loans to unemployed people and families are left to pay off debt incurred by the unemployed family member. I am permanently employed have 20 years banking history with FNB. I was forced to take out multiple loans because FNB wouldn't give a loan. Now I'm stuck with these creditors to pay whereas if FNB had been willing to assist me I wouldn't be in this mess. Now for me to try and remedy this I turn to FNB and they saying this is your mess you sort it out. Fair I incurred the debt but now I'm looking for a solution and they are unwilling to help a permanently employed customer with 20 years banking history with them. I am disappointed in FNB !
