Still Unbelievably unhelpful

<p>FNB makes promises of reversing fees and then doesn't do it. I was promised that the unresonably high fees would be reversed within an hour and yet nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>They give and take services away at will and this plays havoc with my bank statements and me making payments on time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their Fourways branch is dirty and a terror to go to. The consultant who helped, Ashvin, was awesome, but i am still dealing with the same issues day in and day out.</p>
