Still the worst at service delivery

Less than one month after my previous complaint about the bad service I received with the covid 19 relieve, they do it again. This time they not only failed to pay my credit card (yet again!!!), but they deduct it from my own cheque account. No improval of service after my previous complaint, its rather 10 steps back!!!
