Still taking monthly fee after I have downgraded my account
A few month ago I visited the FNB Cradlestone Branch and requested that my account should be downgraded to the lowest possible package as I am no longer using my FNB account for my salary and debit orders. Till date they are still debiting my account with R240 per month and I am in a negative of R3013.32
Absolutely no communication from FNB

06 Dec 2022, 14:18I have spoken to a consultant and they say they can do nothing about this account until I have paid it off, and she said there is nothing they can do. I should either pay it or be handed over to make arrangements. For how many months will this now continue due to money being ****** from me, before I get handed over or something gets done about this
