Still poor communication

Still terribly disappointed relating to my previous report. On Tuesday I was contacted by a FNB agent who informed me that my credit card was approved for a certain value. He even asked me what design I wanted on my card. He informed me that my card would be delivered to my local FNB branch within the next 2 to 3 days. This evening I get an email that states that FNB needs further proof of income before they can process my credit application. Well, this really makes no sense after what I was told on Tuesday. These guys really need to get their communication in order. Im really very disappointed.
