STILL NOT SORTED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, another 2 month gone by where they took more than R500 for service fees, despite my previous hellopeter complaint?

I will be taking this further.

More than R2000 in banking fees over 3 months where it should only be like R800 or so? How can you charge service fee, and value added service fee?

The day i oppened my account i confirmed 3 times that i can awipe as many times i want on this account, and i was assured. Then fnb says no it is not on that type of account, so now i, the person paying so much in banking fees have to take off from work, loose money to go in to fix FNBS' MISTAKE??????

Also another thing, i topup a lot through the app, you charge me R3 per topup?

That is ****ing ridiculous!!!!!!

So R5 mtn costs me R8?

If this is not sorted out i will be moving my business accounts and personal account away from FNB.
