still no word from private banker

i was assured that my \new\" private banker would make contact with me as the last one decided to spend more time away from work than actually work. i sent a mail to [Email Removed] on the 21st of January 2016... im still waiting for some response. amazing though how i still need to pay my banking fees to be a private client and yet i get nothing for the service i pay for. your service is disgusting and maybe instead of giving away free ebucks you should concentrate on employing people who actually want to work."
