Still no vital information from FNB

On the 09/10/2024 I sent a review to Hellopeter on how FNB were handling my ***** complaint at SAP Darling. In reply FNB said they had sent the required information to Darling SAPS on the 02/07/2024 and on 26/09/24 and another email on 10/10/2024. Today I had a phone call from the investigating officer at Darling SAPS to say they have had no such correspondence from FNB informing them of details of who opened the account. This is vital information to verify who de*****ed us.
