Still no updates on issues, arrogance from fnb is unacceptable

The debt review centre has a lot of arrogance hey. It’s been a week and they haven’t bothered to contact me about my complaint from last week.

They’ve left me hanging for weeks as is and they can’t be bothered to phone me!!! What the ****?

The fees I pay, the interest on my accounts go to your salaries so how dare you ignore me!!!
