STILL NO SERVICE OR ANSWERS!!!!!!!

Well it's me again. I reported to Hello Peter and got a reply from FNB. They ordered my cards and will be delivered to Lynnwood branch. Got a sms from their courier company that they will contact me in connection with delivery. Was this not the problem initially??? It has been 4 days since my first complaint excluding Saturday last week and still no joy. I still don't have a date or idea when I will receive my three cards for the bussiness. Or even one card!!!! All documents was sent through Tuesday morning for the limited functions mandates. I must run a bussiness with three teams now with one tempory card because FNB can't give me two more tempory cards. I must e-wallet money to my technicians or pay money into their accounts for them to buy materials or put in petrol. We have to send one vehicle to buy all materials if the amount exceeds R3000. Who is losing here????? NOT FNB!!!!!!!!!! Got an e-mail from my branch at 16h00 today asking me to send through documents for them to order cards for me.

I THOUGHT THE CARDS WAS ORDERED TUESDAY LIKE YOUR E-MAIL STATED!!!!!!!
