Still No Satifactory feedback with FNB- I would not recommend.

Good day,

FNB is placing me in a very frustration platform.

This has been going on for a year since 22/07/2019 to just remove my name on the credit bureau listing platform regarding my ex husband Joint bond.

He has already communicated to you several times and guess what I do still appear on those platforms namely:

• Transunion • Compuscan • Experian • XDS

I’m just fed up because this is causing frustration and the fact that a big company like FNB cant just a simple things like ITC removal when its required too.

I want this matter to be treated with sense of emergency because it been long overdue discussing the same issue.

Otherwise I have to consult further regarding this matter.

Still no happy because the listing is still appearing to the listed credit bureau mentioned above and I was advise it will be removed in 20 working days since 21/01/2021 till now.

This is really pathetic, would not recommend this entity if the bank is not about the service then , what?
