STILL NO RESPONSE FROM VALIDATIONS FNB

About march 22nd FNB Put a hold on my account, reasons being for large transfers, the income verification team asked me to provide source of funds, we went back and forth with me providing all documents they may require. I even went as far as contacting, the people i was in business with, they provide me with backing documents.Since then i have been calling and emailing the income verification team.the same people that blocked my account and all of a sudden they are waiting for validations to get back to them.I came on hello peter to make an official complaint. I was later contacted and assured me the bank will get to me but only what i kept getting was an email saying they as still busy with validations

how much longer does validations take. my pregnant wife kept complaining of pains but thanks to fnb i lacked the funds to take her urgently to see a doctor and when we managed to get to a doctor, it was confirmed that she was having a miscarriage. My question is this how much longer must i wait to get a response and have my account released. I honestly need some clarity
