Still no response from FNB Legal

I submitted a formal claim to FNB legal but they did not respond for weeks. 3 weeks later they still have not got back to me. i submitted a complaint on Hellopeter and FNB Premier Banking tried calling me. I could not take calls due to meetings and I provided my available dates to them via email. They only tried to contact me during the period that I indicated that I was unavailable. I left 3 messages and they tried to contact me only after a few days. It is very simple to send an email requesting dates for a telephonic interview.They now indicate that the case is closed but nobody has even heard any details of my case. I have a claim against the person who sold me my house and the non-disclosures/false information provided in the OTP is over R 120k. The FNB Legal Service is utterly useless and a ****. I will be closing that account today and pay for the services of a proper attorney. FNB Premier Banking is also a waste of my money and I am currently checking out other banks and hopefully get proper service for the high bank fees that I am paying for
