Still no response from FNB

On 10 December 2016 I queried my outstanding loan amount with FNB Loans. According to their statements, I have been paying R210 less than what I am actually paying and I came to an agreeement with them that if I pay a higher amount, the rest of my payments would be intereste free.

Well, this has obviously not been the case and they are still charging me for interest and not deducting the correct amount from my total loan amount. I called them again on 10 January 2017, and they confirmed that they received my email but just hadnt rep****. I was asked to wait another three days for a repsonse, but I'm still waiting! I asked the person on the line for a reference number and she said they would sms it to me, but surprise, nothing received!

Terrible service for people who want regular business form their customers! This will definitely be my last dealings with FNB.
