Still no resolution
This bank is really useless hey.. how many times do I have to run around with same problem for month just for a small thing to be fixed?? Worst service ever from this horrible bank. Would not recommend anyone to ever use this useless bank with its *********** employees.. ????

I am disappointed to hear that your previous complaint had not been resolved. I have escalated your comments to FNB Loans Department and have requested that they be in contact with you.
However I have reviewed your previous complaint and noted that the Loans Department had tried contacting you the number provided, to no avail. Please advise a suitable time that you can be contacted.
