Still no progress on COVID 19 relief.

Today it has been almost a month since applying for COVID 19 relief, today I tried to phone FNB and was put through to 7 different people within FNB after almost an hour on the phone and the called dropped. I can't understand what is so difficult, I also have debit orders going off soon. Pathetic service.
