Still no overdraft

I app**** for an overdraft with fnb when I opened my account in July, I was told to supply my proof of income which I did and had to send it again and again because the departments seem to be not talking to each at FNB. I had to apply again and was told to again submit my proof of salary which I did again and was told it was subject to my income reflecting in the bank account, which it did, the overdraft is still not there, now I get an sms saying it's approved my salary needs to reflect. How many times must I apply, send documents and wait for my salary to go in. They are quick to tell you to switch, when you do, they are VERY SLOW in helping you do that!

FNB moved at the speed of light to help me with my overdraft, I thank them for addressing my complaint with great service and speed. I'm glad I switched.
