Still no help from FNB

I have been trying to request a settlement letter from FNB from the 22 February and no one seems to be able to help me. I have been made promises by many people but I have still not received the letter I need. I want to settlement my credit card debit with you and need specific details on the letter in order to do so. Can someone please help me as the longer you guys are taking the more interest I am being billed???
