Still no HELP from FNB

Thanx for nothing FNB. Someone did phone me back revered me to the right department the guy answered asked me 2 questions and said hold on to be verified... Then the line went dead... As I mentioned before I don't have any airtime... So the guy never bother to phone me back... Why should he... I am just a number... So please try to get a senior person to contact me should you care or put something in writing or are you afraid to put something on paper due to this be seeing as hard evidence? I dont have one problem I have several problems... And I don't think a person in training will be able to assist me. Regards Marietjie
