Still no help from FNB

I would seriously give no star if I could! I’ve have no help from FNB - only what seem to be autogenerated emails saying the matter has been escalated and they’ll give me feedback. Absolutely no feedback on anything - I am so frustrated and upset by this disrespectful treatment!
