Still no feedback x2 in 2 weeks.......

Once again FNB has failed once again to come back to me after numerous requests. After my first contact with them waiting for feedback coming to hello Peter then getting some relive........ However stil requested feedback still today no one came back to me. Redid it on their internal queries with a reference number with no luck. So this is my second hello Peter in 2 weeks......... This is shocking. They are by far the worst when it comes to customers.............
