Still no feedback or rectification! Worst bank in SA!!!

It has been almost a month since my previous complaint and I completed the forms and still no feedback on the refund for 2 unauthorized debit orders! The customer service is really appalling and I can't believe this was not rectified before Christmas as it is large sums of money we are talking about?! Worst bank in South Africa!!!!
