Still no feedback on disputed debit orders

I've now been waiting for MONTHS for the resolution of disputed debit orders after LoanfinderSA tried to debit my account without authorization. After the second debit order bounced in March, I disputed the transactions since I was not and have never been a client of LoanFinderSA. Since then I've only received the runaround from FNB. Then in April a third debit order bounced and even though I asked Ms Bagley whether I should create an additional dispute for this, I received absolutely no answer or further feedback. This is truly PATHETIC. FNB profits because they charge unsuccessful collection fees and I'm left out of pocket through no fault of my own. How much longer must I wait?!?
