Still no feedbac****!

<p>After my post 2 days ago a manager called me yesterday to inform me that the relevant departments would be in contact with me asap as the complaint was sent through from their side. It is now 2 days later and still no department has called me. I now expect the worst from these people constantly. Very sad based on the great service they advertise. If i was an executive client I'd probably receive better service. </p>
