Still no card

I phoned FNB to cancel my card as I was worried about ***** on my account. I am now waiting on a new card, but have not received it - in this time 2 debit orders bounced and all I get is an sms 8pm at night from the Currier company saying that they cant get hold of me. I have in the same telecom explained to FNB that my personal phone broke and gave them my other cell number yet nobody is phoning me on my other number. Also I have written an email stating the above last week already. I am still without a card and cant meet my debit payments because of this.

Please let them phone me on *** - this is my second cell number.
