Still no callback from legal insure

Legal insure. Thank you for getting back to me regarding my upcoming case and my legal assistance. However I am running a small business so when I thanked you and kindly asked you to call back as I was in the middle of a consult, I expected a call back. 3 days later and no call or email. My initial several failed attempts and been assured assistance with ever person I get passed to, I expected a little more effort after my first hello Peter post. I also guess it's my fault I was not prepared for your call. Perhaps a professional courtesy call to setup a time and date for a legal service call would have been a productive way to ensure my matter got dealt with. Please guys.
