Still no call back from FNB as promised

So after my previous review I received a call from FNB stating that they will look into this matter and get back to me, I am still waiting. My lawyer however got a threatening email from the collection agents.

I also made a offer through my lawyer of a payment of R10 000 and paying the balance off at R500 a month. FNB apparently rejected this offer.

************ ( bordering on *******) behavior and business practice by FNB and their collection agents. Since October 2016 I have been trying to resolve a issue with FNB and Hammond Pole their collection agents. We had an agreement that I should pay R20 000 for a debt that I had with FNB. I paid R5000 and a few days later I wanted to pay the balance of R15 000 and was informed that I needed to pay R20 000 and not R15 000 ( In the recordings there will be a clear agreement that I pay R20 000, I clearly asked R5000 already paid rlus R15 000 and the agent agreed). I immediately requested the recordings of our conversations and was ignored every time.

In desperation I approached Hello Peter and immediately got a call from Roxy Govender. She told me that she will look into the matter and revert. She called me back and said she spoke to the collection agents and I must pay an amount of around R18 000 to settle this matter. I called Hammond Pole and they informed me that they are not aware of this arrangement. I called Roxy Govender back and asked her to put the arrangment in writing. She refused and stopped taking my calls. She has subsequently **** to my lawyer when she said that she never made that arrangement with me. (I would also like recordings of all my calls with her).

I received a SMS stating that a summons will be issued to recover the debt. I responded and asked them to ensure the summons is delivered to my correct address. I have proof going back to 2017 that Hammond Pole has my correct address as well as confirmation via WhatsApp that they have my correct address.

1)A summons was served in 2019 on my old address and I am sure this was done in order to obtain a default judgment against me. This despite the fact that I have proof that they have my correct address and have had it since 2017. 2)The summons was issued in the high court even though the amount is less than R30 000 and should have been a magistrates court issue, I am sure this is done in order to be able to bill at the High Court rates and make it impossible for an already struggling person to defend the matter. 3)A credit agreement that was unsigned was used to obtain the summons. 4)The summons was issued in a town that I do not reside or work in as required for it to be legal.

I even have one email where I was copied in by mistake where a Hammond Pole supervisor said that I should pay R18 000 and the person responded that the amount should be inflated to R20 000.

I will be taking this matter to the media to expose FNB and to show the world exactly how FNB and their appointed representatives treat the people that needs help the most. And to expose them for the immoral and ******* ways they go about recovering their money, even from someone like me who has been trying for 3 years to get a fair deal.
