Still No Bank Rating Letter

Hello Peter....As from the 06 March 2020 I have been trying to obtain a bank rating letter from FNB. They sent me a PDF form to fill and send back to *** but even today I have not received anything. I have since resend on 06th, then the 12th. They said I will get an automated reply after send thing the form back. Still nothing.
