Still no bank card

I've been waiting well over a month for my fusion bank card to be delivered. CCD couriers told me that if I'd like to specify a day for delivery (not even a time), I need to pay some ridiculous fee, otherwise I can get free delivery in a 3 or 4 day window. This simply doesn't work for me. We live in 2019 where a lot of people have remote-capable jobs. I cannot tell you which day I will be at the office and the expectation that I sit there for 3 or 4 days waiting for a delivery is ludicrous. So I told the lady at CCD that she should have FNB contact me, which she claimed should haven in 2 - 3 days, 30 days ago?

I am not paying a fee, I pay you truck loads of interest on my car and sizable monthly bank fees already. Lastly, I am tired of needing to resort to posting complaints because FNB just refuses to get their **** together. Please escalate this to your premier team and resolve soonest.
