Still no attempt from FNB

Shared a complaint was called by a lovely women Bonolo who tried to get the collections team to call me so that I can try make arrangements Still no call still no attempt just getting threatening smses and no follow up Believe me after explaining all my **** to her and still no attempt from the collections department to try and assist me Its really clear you just don't give a **** about people or situations I will not be staying with this bank in future
