Still no assistance from FNB Business Banking

I dont know what to do with FNB Business Banking anymore

Ive had a business accounts (Sole Prop) since 2012. Ive banked an average of R40 000.00 to R60 000.00 per month. With Covid 19 my business has suffered a lot.

Since beginning of June ive been sending mail and calling to have my pricing option reduced as my account is in arrears and I cant afford the R300+ amount I pay for service fee. Still waiting for assistance on this. (Seems like nobody cares)

FNB refused to assist me with a temporary overdraft of R5000 in order for me to use my account and repay the amount weekly. All payment made into my account goes to the overdrawn amount and I therefore can't pay salaries for staff who worked. Im trying to get back on my feet again but it seems impossible at this stage

Monday i spoke to a consultant from FNB (who treated me like a ******** because my account is overdrawn with R5000) and offered R300 a week until the business starting picking up again. According me me this was accepted by FNB.

This morning a consultant calls and threatens me with a letter of demand. It is amazing / shocking how FNB treats customers.

Ive received the end of my journey with FNB. I dont intent to use this account again and would appreciate if somebody can assist me with a solution. I just want to pay this account of and try to avoid more fees and calls.

Please send all communication to my email address FNB. I need proof as it seems like telephone calls means nothing.
