Still no assistance from FNB

I wrote a complaint on 8th Sept about FNB's bad service not assisting me with my issue/query. I received an email from FNB that they will contact me shortly . To date I have not received a call from anyone . Not even my private banker . I ask myself again what is the benefits banking with FNB?
