Still No Assistance

Well, It's been 5 days (6 if you include the 31st) that I have only received "Automatic Responses" informing me that they,FNB,have received my complaint and is busy handling it as well as stating how important I and my business are to them,which by the way is BULLSH*T, otherwise this problem would have been resolved 4 days ago already,but up to date,no human interaction.This is ALL because some people just don't give a...........damn!!!Why must they concern themselves with other people's (whom is supposed to be their clients) problems, irrespective if that is the only job they have to do???They received their salaries mos,their monthly installments were paid,no debt collectors are calling them,NON STOP,and yes,life is good for them,why worry.I will tell you why,a little thing called:"Integrity!!!"Which seems like now a days it's considered a DNA thing.Some people assume they either get born with it and if not,then tuff *******!!!!What do you,FNB,think would happen if I should also adopt the same mind set??Now, because my WHOLE salary was deducted and I didn't receive any salary this month,I loose my integrity and decide to NOT attend to complaints,NOT give assistance to my community and fellow citizens,NOT arrest any ********s etc.etc.Do you think it would be a good thing? Now answer that same question if you were the one who needed help or assistance.Not the same answer as before?!?I just wish that some people can realize,nobody forced them to apply for the post that he or she has the privilege to be in,he/she did it on their own free will.So,if you do not want to do the only thing you have to do,which is your job, resign and find another more suitable job for yourself aand stop wasting other people's time and money.Now,the other problem I have,HOW can any person be expected to wait 21 Business Day's for their monies to be refunded?Is the people who instituted these conditions brain dead?? Doesn't the time frame defy the reasons WHY you want them to refund your money.Is common sense ALSO a DNA thing???But what else can I say.....oh yes,I really hope and pray,that the people who are in a position to help with this dilemma I am facing and,due to their lack of integrity,decides not to help,never ever face the same dilemma.Because,believe me when I tell you this, it's not a very nice feeling to look other people in the eye and ask them for help,just so your kids could eat etc.Don't worry about if you are one of those people or not,because God is the only One that will trully know and He,my friend,never sleeps
