Still hasnt removed interest they said they would, now serving me a letter thats incorrect

I just received the most pathetic letter from the debt review centre.

I already took you guys to the ombudsman yet you still have the arrogance to treat me like ****. The interest on my overdraft account which YOU said you will remove has not been done yet and you cannot tell me it takes this long!

Now I get letters telling me you are terminating my debt review because I am in default. Are you ****ing kidding me? You expect me to pay default amounts on an amount you haven't yet rectified? NO WAY!

Then the letter says i app**** for debt review 60 days ago, lies! And the number on it to call to make rearrangement is WRONG! How does FNB work? Huh? How do you expect me to make new arrangements if you give the wrong numbers?? Seriously what the **** is wrong with you? you are supposed to be the best bank but you are in fact the WORST

How dare you? HOW DARE YOU!

I am done being nice, curse on FNB! May your doors close and every employee ****ing around will suffer. You are not infallible. People are tired of your ****
