Still getting charged for Incontact SMSs

Let me keep this as short as possible.

Why am I still getting charged for InContact notification SMS's??? I downloaded the App years ago and get my notifications through there, because I was told by you that if I didn't I would be charged for notification SMSs

For at least the last two months, you've decided to randomly charge me for Incontact SMSs again. If that's the case, why am I even bothering to let this app waste valuable space on my phone? I never the app for anything, I bank on my PC, it's a much better experience.

Received a call this morning, and was told that I don't qualify for the free Incontact service on my current account type, so I checked the pricing guide on the FNB website. It still says "R0.40 per sms OR receive inContact notifications for free via the FNB Banking App", so the information I was provided is incorrect. I have the app, and I'm getting the notifications through it, yet still getting charge the R0.40 for SMS's I don't require.
