Still don't have my money back

I opened a case with FNB card services on 1 October 2018 regarding an incorrect transaction of R6000 paid into my closed fnb credit card account. Reference number ********** 6. On 8 October I was asked to provide proof of payment so that I may be refunded, which I sent in on the same day On 15 October I phoned the fnb card call centre, spent 20 minutes on the phone, was hung up on twice, and the only information I managed to get was that my case was closed. No reason for why it was closed given, and my money was not given back to me. I opened a new case, reference number 944982, and was told somebody would contact me urgently. On 17 October I have still not received any feedback. I spent another 25 minutes on the phone being shuffled from one department to the other, with nobody able to help me. I was transferred to wrong departments and back to the ones I'd just spoken to. Running into one brick wall after the other. I was told by an authorisations representative, Siyasanga Betela that I need to speak to credit card administration, was transferred back to credit card support only to be told that I cannot contact credit card admin, I need to send them an email. no email address provided. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or anyone that can help me, in stead of transferring me, the consultant, Bonolo decided that for the 5th time on my current call I need to be authenticated. I then asked that she phone me back as my airtime is running out, only to be told that's not done.

I have now been trying fruitlessly to get MY R6000 back from FNB, which was paid into MY account. I've been to branches, only to be stuck on the phone to fend for myself. I've been shuffled to and fro by customer care agents, had my time and money wasted, and still have not been assisted. I still haven't received my money back, after being told on 1 october that it would take 3 working days, It has now been 12 working days, and I still haven't been helped
